THE NEW PRINCESS
N.Z.'S CONGRATULATIONS
His Excellency the Governor-General has sent the following message to his Majesty the King:— "On behalf of- the Government and people o£ New Zealand I beg to express to your Majesty with my humble 'duty the great interest. which is felt in the announcement of the birth of a daughter to her Royal Highness the Duchess of Kent, 'and to offer the respectful \ congratulations of your Majesty's subjects in this Dominion on the happy event."
