OBITUARY
MR. JAMES EDGAR
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, December 27.. Mr. James Edgar, whose residence in Otago had extended over more than sixty years, died on Saturday at the age of 80. He was a prominent figure in insurance circles and for over twenty-eight years was general manager of the Victoria Insurance Company. He was prominent as a bowler and in other forms of sport, and served for a long period as deacon of Knox Church.
