On a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car in Queen's Drive yesterday, Teodethero Garbes. a labourer, aged 43, came before Mr. W. P. Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. He was remanded until January 2, and bail was allowed in the sum of £25.
