A CHRISTCHURCH CASE

AUCKLAND, This Day.

Charges of attempting to commtf. suicide on December 18 and of obtaining £20 from Dorothy Willis by false pretences at Christchurch between March 23 and June 18. 1934, were made against Peter Bryce Cunningham, aged 33, in the Police Court today.

The police said that when a detective called in reference, to the second charge the accused attempted to cut his throat with a razor.

A remand was granted to January 2, with bail at £100 and one surety,
