HEAD-ON COLLISION

GISBORNE, December 25,
As the result of a head-on smash on the Tatapouri Hill, about six miles from Gisborne, in the early hours of Christmas morning, the driver of one car, Charles Bright, and two of his passengers, Misses Beryl and Ellen Calvert, were admitted to the Cook Hospital suffering from bruises and other injuries and shock, but their condition is believed to be not serious.
