(Received December 3, 10.45 a.m.) THE HAGUE, December 2. The Foreign Minister stated in Parliament that Holland will not join any anti-Communist alliance, and preferred to be her own judge "of measures she should take, though she would not. exclude the interchange of information on the subject.
