FEELING IN ENGLAND

Drooping tails have been lifted up by the M.C.C. team's big score _at Brisbane, judging by the evening papers and street posters.
H. A. H. Carson, writing in the "Evening News," says: "At last we have an opening pair. Whatever the merits of the Queensland bowling, this big score will perhaps inspire great things for the first Test.
