REVOLT IN EQUADOR
PRESIDENT'S PALACE ATTACKED
NEW YORK, November 29. The correspondent of the "New York Times" at Guayaquil (Ecuador) reports that a revolt of an artillery regiment supported by a few civilians and an attack on the Presidential Palace at Quito, resulted in 50 deaths and 100 people being wounded. The revolt is ascribed to a former President, but is not expected to be successful because of the overwhelming superiority of ; the Government forces. - I
