RUSSO-GERMAN TENSION

Munitions and armament shares ars rising owing to the Russo-German tension due to the espionage arrests.

A cable from Moscow yesterday stated that the Russian Government had rejected the German Embassy's protest against the arrests of Germans suspected of espionage, which Germany alleged numbered 12 in Leningrad and 9 in Moscow. Two provinces of the Soviet Union admitted that they had in custody 14 Germans.
