SIR CHARLES CLIFFORD

Easily leading winner among the owners at the recently-concluded C.J.C Meeting was Sir Charles Clifford, who, in addition to capturing eight races, collected first and second prize money in the New Zealand Derby. His cheque for .the meeting amounted to £3275. Mrs. W. D. Graham, owner of Fersen, winner of the New Zealand Cup. was next with £1075, including a gold cup value £75, and Mr. W. H.
