Professor1 Copland, Professor of Commerce and Dean of the Faculty of Commerce in the University of Melbourne, i last night completed his lecture course on Australian economic policy at' the Lowell Institute/Boston, and sailed today for England on board the Queen i Mary. ■ ; I In his final lecture he observed that the main features of the New Deal would be continued, whoever was elected to the Presidency. He anticipated that the American Budget would be balanced within two years.
