LOWER HUTT COURT

Cases in the Lower Hutt Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M. . Thomas Norman Smallwood was fined K)s for parking too far from the kerb.

For having no driver's licence, Francis Ash ton Warner was fined £1.

Failure to comply with a signal given by a traffic inspector cost Peter Alexander Mason 10s, and for turning in a prohibited area he was ordered to pay costs. Fines were imposed as follows tn those cases where motor vehicles were parked in a prohibited area in Laing's Road:—Alfred James Bentley, Ronald Adams, 10s each; James Alfred d'Emden, Robert George Williams, and William Henry Graham, 5s each; Richard Ford Smeetzer, costs only.
