' BRISBANE MARU AT SYDNEY. Tn' route from Japan, via Australia, the Brisbane Maru arrived at Sydney on Monday. She is cxpocted to clear Melbourne on Monday next for Dunedin, where she is duo on October 30 Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. She Is'expected here on November 3. and will sail on the following day' for Auckland. MATAI DUE TOMORROW. Tho Government steamer Matai is due at Wellington tomorrow after a tour o£ inspection of the northern lighthouses. WRECK LOCATED. The Marine Department advises mariners that the wreck of the auxiliary scow Tamahae, which foundered in the Hauraki Gulf early, on September 2G, has been located in latitude 36 degrees 39 minutes 42 seconds south, and longitude 174 degrees 51 minutes east; the position being about 2% miles south 34 degrees east of Whangaparaoa Peninsula, and 4U miles south 18 degrees west of Tiri Tirl lighthouse. Tho scow is upended with its nose In the mud. The mizzen-mast is fast by tho rigging to the hull and is floating with its heel about 10ft below the surface. INVERBANK TO LOAD COPRA.'
