DRIVERS' DISPUTE
PARTIAL SETTLEMENT
. A partial settlement was reached to-' day by the Conciliation Council in the localbodies' drivers'dispute. No agreement was, however, come to in regard to hours and. wages, which' clauses were referred to the Court for settlement. It was agreed, however, that the agents of the two parties should exchange views before the case is reached by the Arbitration Court next month, with . the view of trying to arrive at. a complete agreement.
