INSURED WORKERS

(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 17. The Ministry of Labour estimated the number of insured persons in employment at the end of September, provisionally at 10,966,000, pending the next periodical verification of the figures. This inquiry has now been concluded, and it has become clear that the total is, in fact, well over 11,000,000.
