Mr. Sarel Joubert, a hairdresser, of Harrismith, Orange Free Colony, was in a hurry. He got into a car,.stepped on the accelerator, and accomplished ■the journey at an average speed ol about 50 miles per hour. Wheiv he reached his destination, and came to a gtop, he was surprised to see ■ that everyone was laughing. He walked to the front of his car. Standing on the front bumper on one leg was a henfast asleep.
