Yip Hing, gardener, aged 39, who pleaded guilty before Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today, to assaulting his wife, Patricia Yip Hing, on October 17, was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within twelve months.
