SANITARY INSPECTORS
VISIT TO MASTERTON
The Royal Sanitary Institute (New Zealand branch) and Sanitary Inspectors' Association held a meeting in Masterton on Saturday. The delegates assembled at the Masterton Borough Council Chambers under the leadership of Mr. Mabspn, borough engineer, and were entertained at afternoon tea. They were afterwards conducted to the headworks of the Masterton water supply, following which an inspection was made of the up-to-date accommodation at the motor camp. At the evening session at the Town Hall, delegates were welcomed by the Mayor (Mr. T. Jordan). A lecture was delivered by Mr. Marfack on "Law as it Affected Sanitary Inspectors," and was followed by" a further lecture by Dr. Pryor on "The Blood Stream." The lecturers were tendered a hearty vote of thanks.
Supper was provided, and thanks were tendered to the Borough Council for use of the Council Chambers, and an interesting afternoon.
