1 M. Spaak, the Foreign Minister, announced that.the Governmentds planning a big campaign against the Rexisl (Fascist) Party, which, he .declared, had no programme. The aim of the Bexists, he said, is t« win power without delay and to establish a totalitarian State under the dictatorship of M. Leon Degrelle. Tha country's middle group must organise to defend its liberties.
