At the meeting- of the New Zealand Amateur Cycling, Association. Council this week the chairman (Mr. J. Fitzsimmons) said that it was now clear that the principle of separate direct affiliation ■of professionals and amateurs had -been accepted by the U.C.I, and.; it was ■ incumbent upon the association 'to-adjust, itself to the new conditions. ■. .
