DEBUTANTE HOSTESS

Miss Monica Robertson, assisted by her mother, Mrs. P. W. Robertson, and her half-sister, Miss Sybil Graham, gave a very pleasant "five o'clock" party at her home in Clermont Terrace yesterday. She wore an attractive frock of green chiffon ; velvet. Mrs.. Robertson was wearing brown lace with a little flowered cocktail coat, and Miss Graham's frock was of flowered crepe.

The guests included Mr., and Mrs. Pharazyn, Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Leicester, Mr. and Mrs. Lan Nairn, Misses Betty Ellis, Janet Miles, Diana Jameson (Hawke's Bay), Jonet Wilkie, Helen Sheild (Hastings), Barbara Blundell, Margaret Morris (Gisborne), Margaret Salmond, Judy Allen; Sir Standish O'Grady Roche, Lieut. Smallwood, and Messrs. C. Q. Pope, Nesbitt Sellars, Tom Webb, Ormond Wilson, Redmond Phillips, Warwick Alien, and Dick and Hugh Arthur.
