DECREE ANNULLED
AUCKLAND DIVORCE CASE
(By -Telegraph—Press Association.) , AUCKLAND, October 6. A decree nisi made by the Court on February 27. last was annulled this morning by Mr. Justice Johnston, and the petition was dismissed. The parties were Martin Bilich White and Mary Georgia Bilich White, and the decree was granted in February on the petition of the husband, on the ground of the wife's failure to comply with an order for restitution. Subsequently the; Solicitor-General intervened, and this morning was represented by Mr. V. R. Meredith, who said that the facts were admitted, and it was unnecessary to call evidence. He added that in view of the. fact that an agreements separation then in existence was not placed before the Court the decree nisi must go. His Honour said he understood' the facts. The decree was annulled.
