The final acceptors for Saturday's Caulfteld Guineas, £2000,1 mile, are:— Silver Reign, Prince Quex, Ramdin, Mitsui, Fire King, Golden Light, Great Feast, Sir Geraint, Beechwood, Boongarry, Toltec, Billy Boy, Shakespeare, Night Chance. New Zealand acceptors for the Toorak Handicap, £1000, 1 mile, are Queen of Song 8.11, and Palatinate 8.4. Golden Promise proved that he has recovered from his recent injury by galloping a brilliant mile in lmin 46sec at Epsom today. ■ Shakespeare will arrive at Melbourne tomorrow for the Caulfield Guineas. Silver Standard will arrive on Friday to be prepared for" the Caulfield Cup, and Prittle Prattle is coming for the Cantala Stakes. Conandale, who is suffering from a ricked muscle, showed slight improvement today, but it is- still doubtful whether he will start in the Caulfield Cup. , ... ~ A Sydney message states that the New Zealand horses Kinnoull, Rebel Lad. and Black Coat will return to New Zealand by Friday's boat
