Mrs. Orpah Jones-Nielson, president of the British Immigrants' Club, Duneflin, is attending the conference of the Empire Chambers of Commerce with the object of presenting the viewpoint of British immigrants in New Zealand. Mr. and Mrs. A. Dickson, .at their home in Daniell Street, were the recipients of very beautiful gifts to mark the respect and esteem in which they are both held by employees of the Petrous Tile Company, Ltd., the managership of which Mr. Dickson has lately resigned after seventeen years' service with the company. / ', Mrs. A.
