SEATS FOR CORONATION
An Australian business man entered the offices of a London firm of travel and booking agents recently and said that his company was chartering a liner to bring 500 of their employees to England for the Coronation. He asked for 500 seats along the route of the procession. His order provided one more example of the world-wide interest in next year's Royal pageantry. Requests for Coronation seats have been arriving in London by the hundred every day. In many cases negotiations for the renting of suitable premises are still in an early stage,.for sums varying from £5000 to £10,000 are being asked of the booking agents for the one-day hire of single buildings. »
