CASE ADJOURNED

Because of the possibility of a settlement being reached, Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court this afternoon adjourned sine'die the case in which James Dickson Sievwright, of Wellington, proceeded against Arthur John Holloway, a bailiff, of Wellington, Frederick Knight Hunt, a Stipendiary Magistrate, of Auckland, and the Ideal Loan and Deposit Co., Ltd., Auckland. The case was a complicated one involving Magistrate's Court procedure. Mr. A. B. Sievwright appeared for the plaintiff, Mr. A. E. Currie and Mr. C. H. Rogers for Holloway, and Mr, F.W. Ongley for the Ideal Loan and Deposit <Jo.
