In a boxing contest of twelve threeminute rounds last night Em Jacobs (Wellington), list 71b, drew with Watty Robertson (Gisborne), list. The contest was a fast one and the decision met with a mixed reception.

The Izard Memorial prize for the most meritorious exhibit of the Wellington Spring Flower Show was awarded by the combined judges to Mr. J. J. Reich, of Lower Hutt.
