FLAMMARION'S TROUBLE
The Woodville owner-trainer Mr. C. McCulloch, reports that the trouble which has kept Flammarion off the active list since the Egmont Meeting in May appears to be clearing up, says "The Post's" Palmerston North correspondent. A leg filled and the first blister did not have much effect. A second was applied and the swelling has gone down sufficiently to enable his owner to hack the gelding about. Mr. McCulloch has secured a two-year-old sister to Karl, and although it will be some time before the youngster sports silk she is shaping nicely.
