MR. W. F. LINDSAY
; Mr. Walter Francis Lindsay, who.i^or the past twenty-four years has beet)? a member of the staff of the Government Printing Office, died suddenly on Friday at his. .residence, Regent Street, aged 65 years. The late Mr. Lindsay was one of the early arrivals at the Kalgoorlie goldfield, Western Australia, and remained there during a prosperous period of that mining centre. He subsequently came to New Zealand, and resumed hiss old craft of a printer. He' is survived.by his widow and one son. ' .: . The funeral took place today, and was attended by many friends, including a representative gathering- of his fellow-officers of the. Government Printing Office. The committal service took place at the Crematorium, Karori Cemetery. ■ ; > ;
