Before 'leaving, the child had fully recovered. (Received September 14, 9 a.m:) LONDON, September 13. The "Sunday Dispatch's" Vienna correspondent ; describes the incident in which the King helped a child in Vienna thus:—"King Edward saw a youth fall from a lamp post and left his car to. investigate. An immense crowd surrounded him, and, cheering, carried him shoulder high to 'his hotel, his" coat and trousers being torn in a boisterous demonstration of friendship."
