NEW SESSION STARTS

The first division of the Court of Appeal, consisting of the Acting Chief Justice (Sir John Reed), Mr. Justice Ostler, Mr. Justice Blair, Mr. Justice Kennedy, and Mr. Justice Callan, opened the new session in Wellington today.
