AGRICULTURAL ECONOMISTS IN CONFERENCE

RUGBY, September 2.
Twenty-three countries are represented among 200 delegates attending the fourth international conference of agricultural economists which is proceeding at St. Andrew's University, Scotland.
The delegates were formally welcomed last night by the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Walter Elliot.
