RUGBY, September 1. "" The Archbishop of Canterbury has appealed for special prayers to be offered in churches on September 13 and 20 for the guidance of the Spirit of God at the critical meetings of the League Assembly and Council at which issues vitally affecting the supreme cause of world peace will be under consideration.
