MUSICAL TALENT
Writing on the current topic of music and* musical talent, "Amateur Musician" pays a warm tribute to the Lower Hutt Municipal Silver Band as '•'a combination of' musical talent worthy of note." While individual talent, according to the correspondent, is .good, in spite of the apparent youth of some of the .performers, the success of the combination owes much to the skilful guidance of the conductor.
