FORGERY ALLEGED

Charged that on or about May 22 he forged a cheque for £90 drawn on the Bank of New Zealand, Wellington, and signed Frederick Browning, Lionel John Lynch, alias Leo John Niall, a clerk, aged 22, appeared bef'ora Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today.
