DARWIN, August 23.

Dr. Earle Page, Minister of Commerce, after arriving at Darwin in an R.A.F. flying-boat, said, that it was largely a matter for technical decision as to whether the air-mail route from Singapore to Sydney should be served by flying-boats or land; aeroplanes.
