WEDDING

MORRIS—WOOLF.

I The marriage took place recently of Zelda, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. K. Woolf, Hataitai, to Myer, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Morris, Lyall Bay. The ceremony and reception were held at the residence of the bride's parents, and , Rabbi Katz, assisted by the Rev. Karitor, officiated.

The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore white delustred satin' made on straight lines with a train. Her headdress was a wreath of orange, blossom and pearls with a long flowing veil, and she carried a shower bouquet of white spring flowers. Her train was held by Miss Beverley Woolf (sister of the bride). The Misses Vera Treister and Hannah Morris (sister of the bridegroom) were the bridesmaids. AH wore quilted salmon pink taffeta shot with gold thread, made on similar lines to .the bride's. They wore a coronet of gold cord and carried flower bouquets to tone.

Mrs. Woolf (mother of the bride) received the guests wearing a blue chiffon georgette gown with hat to tone, and carrying a bouquet of pink and blue flowers. Mrs. Morris (mother of the bridegroom) was smartly gowned in brown chiffon and lace withbrown bowler hat, and she. carried an amber coloured bouquet. Mrs. Martin Singer, Auckland, sister of the bride, wore a black model frock with mole fur cape relieved , with red carnations. Mrs. Maurice Eiderri (sister of'the bridegroom) wore black velvet and silver tissue with a white fur cape. Mrs. Charles Davis (grandmother of the bridegroom) wore a black model frock with a deep red shoulder spray.

Mrs. Myer Morris travelled north wearing a navy blue and white ensemble with a smart hat to tone. NicoLSEN—McGregor. wedding took place in Wellington recently of Joyce,,daughter of Mr. and Mrs. McGregor, arid lan, only son of -Mrs. Nicolsen and, the late Captain Samuell Nicolsen, former master of the Union Company's service. Mrs. Nicolsen ;:. entertained the wedding guests at afternoon tea. Mr. arid Mrs. lah Nicolsen later left for Auckland and Rotorua.
