LONDON, August 9.
Britain's notice to terminate tht Argentine agreement does not imply' that the negotiations have reached a deadlock.
Argentina is considering the British proposals devised for an agreement, including a levy of three farthings a pound on Argentine beef and a guaranteed quota of imports for three years.
