AUSTRALIAN OVERSEAS TRADE

CANBERRA; Augusts.

Australia's favourable overseas trade balance, for the year ended June 30 was £22,521,000, compared with £16,106,000- the previous year and £37,860,000 in 1933-34. . / • This balance would normally be insufficient to meet Australia's obligations abroad without -drawing .on London funds.
