COURT TO DECIDE
DAIRY FACTORIES AWARD
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., August 3. At a meeting at Palmerston North yesterday to discuss a new award to cover dairy factories in the Wellington and Hawke's Bay Provinces, representatives of the employers and workers found :their ideas as to wTiat^constituted reasonable wages, hours'of work, and conditions very-much.at variance.' With) neither side prepared to yieldi ground, practically the-'whole of the matters before the conciliation council were referred to the Arbitration Court for settlement.
