(By'Telegr.-ipli.-^l'ross Assoerntion.) WHANGA.REI, This Day. The heaviest frosts for some years were experienced throughout Northland during the weekend, nine degrees being registered on the upper levels of Whangarei. The days were gloriously clear and fine.
