■Her Excellency Viscountess Galway, who has been making a brief visit to 1 Auckland, returned to Wellington by the Limited express on Saturday. She was accompanied by Mrs. A. F. Purvis. Mrs. J. A. Lyons, Australia, wife of th!e Hon. J. A. Lyons, arrived in Wellington'"with her, husband today by the Maunganui, en route to England, via America^ Mr. arid Mrs. Nelll' Smith, Heretaunga, have returned from''a visit to Melbourne.
