Interim dividend of 4 per cent was paid in February, and a final dividend ol 4 per cent, is proposed, making 8 per cent, for the year. Dividend distributions account-for £32.000 a sum of £2000 is allocated to • the officers* provident fund, and £3000 for distribution among "the staff. The balance. £14.514, is added, to the contingent fund, making it £33,417. .
