AT BERLIN

N.Z. OLYMPIC TEAM

MILITARY WELCOME '

(Received July 29, 11.30 a.m.)

LONDON, July 28.

The representative of the Australian Associated Press agency at Berlin reports that the New Zealand Olympic team, led by Dr. Porritt, its manager, whom the Australian J. Horsfall is unofficially assisting, marched into the Olympic Village tonight, and was given the customary military welcome. The New Zealand team, which includes J. E. Lovelock, is too small to be allotted a special house, so it is being listed with the English team and having its meals with the Australians.
