LEGALLY A FIREARM
' "I ■ did not know that a small airgun was a firearm," said Henry Goldman in the' Magistrate's Court this ■ morning when charged before Mr. E. D. Mpsley, S.M., with selling a firearm to a ooy under 16 years of age. "I thought a 8.8. gun was only a toy," the defendant added. The defendant was convicted and fined 5s without costs.
