ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
The Wellington final of the Chatham Cup will be played at the Basin Reserve tomorrow between Hospital (the present holders of the cup) and Waterside. Hospital have not suffered a defeat this season. Waterside have improved considerably since the beginning of the.season, and are now playing at the top of their form. The game is expected to be one of the best this season. In the event of a draw at the end of 90 minutes, extra time will be played. There will be a good curtain-raiser. An additional attraction will be the ladies' hockey match, Fiji v. Wellington. For selling a packet of cigarettes to a constable on Sunday, James Frances, ;i dairy employee, was fined 30s and costs by Mr. E, D. Mosley. S.M., in Uic Magistrate's Court today.
