A plenary meeting of the Dardanelles Conference this afternoon was adjourned until tomorrow to enable the drafting committee to finalise articles of the convention which have been in dispute. It is understood that agreement on all points has practically been reached, and that in the event of a war in which Turkey is neutral the Dardanelles will be closed to all belligerent warships except those carrying out obligations under the League Covenant.

The convention may be signed at a plenary meeting on July 15 or 16. '
