Mrs. J. Powell, Matamu, is visiting her sisters in Wellington.
Miss Barbara Agmen-Smith, Papakura, Auckland, is the guest of Miss Moira Digges-Smith, Talavera Terrace.
Mrs. C. K. Wilson, Dominion president of the W.D.F.U., has been visiting South Canterbury. Meetings were held at Temuka, Fairlie, Southburn, and Waimate. During her stay Mrs. Wilson was the guest of Mrs. B. E. Evans, Maiingati. Mrs. Wilson left for Otago to be present at the anriual conference in Dunedin before returning to Wellington.
Miss Phil Murray,' who has been visiting Sydney, returned by the Wanganella this week.
Mr. and Mrs. John Trewin (Kaikoura), Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Hickey (Opunake), Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Agar (Christchurch), and Mrs. S. F. Belling (Palmerston North) are staying at the Midland Hotel.
