Mrs. Lan Miles, Newlands, is visiting Mrs. Fred Grotrian, "Konewa," Pohangina Valley, Ashhurst.

Mrs. C. K. Wilson, Dominion president of the W.D.F.U., has been visiting South Canterbury. Meetings were held at Temuka, Fairlie, Southburn, and Waimate. During her stay Mrs. Wilson was the guest of Mrs. B. E. Evans, Maiingati. Mrs. Wilson left for Otago to be present at the anriual conference in Dunedin before returning to Wellington.
