Bulolo Gold Dredging, Ltd., Incorporated in British Columbia and operating in New Guinea, is offering 60^000 new shares of the company for subscription by shareholders registered in the company's books at close of businfSS4.t°n J, une 10- The Purchase price of the shares will be 20.00 dollars (Canadian) per share (5 dollars capital and 15 dollars premium) payable as follows:—10.00 dollars, (Canadian, or Australian currency equivalent) per share on application (2.50 dollars capital 7.50 dollars premium), 10.00 dollars (Canadian, or Australian currency equivalent) per share on allotment (2.50 dollars capital. 7.50 dollars premium).
