STOP PRESS McAKTHCR CASE. In answer to an inquiry this afternoi .•■<, the Solicitor-General (Mr. H. H. Cornish, K.C.), intimated, that the death of the Crown Prosecutor (Mr. P. S. K. Macassey) would not result in a postponemini oi' the hearing of evidence on the" charges against John W,illiam McArthur. The case if set dowa for hearing in the Magistrates Court next Wednesday.
